为适应公司业务发展需要，原“杭州绿云软件有限公司”自2021年9月17日起正式更名为“杭州绿云软件股份有限公司”。
We are pleased to inform you that GreenCloud has been successfully restructured into a joint-stock company due to business development and the full name was officially changed to 'Hangzhou GreenCloud Software Co., Ltd.' since September 17,2021.
根据相关法律规定，名称变更不影响本公司法人主体所承担的权利和义务，原有业务和签署的合同继续有效，公司的纳税人识别号（统一社会信用代码）、银行账号、开户银行等均保持不变。即日起，公司所有对内外文件、资料、开具发票等全部使用新公司名称，具体信息如下：
According to relevant laws and regulations, the rights and obligations of our company as a legal entity will not be affected by the change of name. The original business together with contracts and agreements will continue to be valid. In addition, company information, such as taxpayer identification number (USC) , bank account number,bank name, etc.,remian the same.
